Shipping quotes are for the United States. For orders to Canada, or overseas, please e-mail us at Francesca@horseteacher.com or call 971.533.6114 to obtain shipment costs. Shipping is done via US Mail and shipping to PO boxes is allowed.
Customer Guarantee:
Steve Rother Horsemanship™ guarantees products to be free of defects. Defective products may be returned for exchange within 30 days from shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, however, exchanges for defective products will be shipped free of charge.
Return Policy:
You may return unused tack for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date if the product is in original and resellable condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
DVD’s may not be returned unless found to be defective. Defective tapes may be returned for replacement only. You may wish to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Clinic Deposits and Tickets:
ALL Clinic deposits (special events/tours etc) are non-refundable. However, a credit will be issued and can be used for Steve Rother Products; another clinic; or can be transferred to someone else. Credits expire after a period of one year.

Steve Rother Horsemanship™ gladly accepts checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. Mail orders should be sent with payment or credit card information to the above address. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders are accepted.
