| Moving In Harmony Level 1 5 Day In-depth Course for those who want a more fulfilling experience with their horse. Moving In Harmony – Level 1 This week will focus on improving on the foundation and partnership between you and your horse. We will be introducing the horses to cattle and the trail course. One of the keys to this week will be adding some purpose to the principles which you have already developed. Work with the cattle will be slow and easy, building on things such as basic herding and sorting. Out on the trail you will have a chance to introduce your horse to a variety of basic obstacles and start taking your principles to a new level. COST:
All camp fees include horsemanship (5 days, 6 hours of instruction a day), meals, and horse board. Accommodation $65 per night or RV hook up $15 per day. Typically each day will include one hour of classroom instruction and five hours with the horses either in the arenas or out on the trail courses and pastures. Numbers at the ranch will be kept to a minimum, so there will be ample time for all who come. Our goal is to get you to Excel With Your Horse, so come ready for a good time! There are outdoor, uncovered pens as well as 20 by 20 covered stalls available. You are required to bring your own hay, and grain. You are responsible for keeping your pen clean. You are welcome to tent or bring a camper or trailer. There are R.V. hook ups with water and electricity available. A fully equipped bunkhouse with showers and bathrooms can be used by all participants. $65 per night per person for fully equipped house. There is no phone or internet on the ranch. Cell phones on the Verizon network work at the ranch. The closest pay phone is 5 minutes down the road. • There are no spectators allowed at the camps.
