HORSE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
AT HORSE CREEK RANCH• Dates: June 18th – July 13th • Fee: $700 – includes board and training. Also included is one lesson with your horse (on pick-up day). • Feed: $6/day or bring your own hay • Deposit: $350 must be paid to hold your spot. Balance will be due 30 days prior. This will be an exciting opportunity for a select number of horses to participate in our exciting new program. During these months Steve will be working side by side with a small number of apprentices working on several areas of horsemanship, from beginning to advanced principles. These horses will participate in this program - every step of the way. Rather than seeing just a quick 30 minutes to one hour a day, as with most training barns, these horses will actually be partnered up with Steve and his students. They will become a part of the daily activities on the ranch. These horses will receive more than just training; they will have a purpose, which is a priceless key to their development. Pond and Creek Crossing If you are looking for your horse to go the extra mile in their development, this is your chance. At the end of the month, you will receive one afternoon lesson with your horse to review the things that they have learned. Interested applicants can send in a short description (one page if possible) of why they would like to send their horse, as well as some background information such as age, breed, current level of training, problems needing to be addressed, etc…
