What is required:

1. A covered arena, for most locations, with adequate parking and stalls available. You do not need to own a barn, you just need to find a suitable location such as a fairgrounds or barn in the area that is available for rent.
   
   
2. A minimum of 10 pre-registered participants.
   
   
3. We provide the advertising for you to distribute. Includes flyers, brochures, press releases, and registration forms.
   
   
4. For Hosting a clinic, you RIDE FOR FREE.
   
   
5. There is no financial cost to the host.
   
   
6. Securing participants is all that is required.
